The Agilent GCMS Triple quad systems are used by the Western Laboratory in the performance of regulatory testing of meat poultry egg products and Siluriformes for the presence of chemical contaminants (drugs pesticides and environmental contaminants). Testing includes screen determinative and confirmative methods. The objective for the purchase of the Agilent GCMS Triple quad Systems maintenance agreement is to ensure that all instruments are repaired in a timely manner and are fully operational to maintain required sample throughput and turnaround time for sample results.
