This project will replace and/or repair storm damaged roofing, roof framing, racked walls, porch, window and door frames, address drainage issues with regrading and moisture barriers, and repair water damaged interior finishes on walls, ceilings, and floors, and address mold issues of the Grant Grove Quarters Bldg GGQ 1639 in the busy Grant Grove Developed Area. The building is a one-room, 1158 SF three-bedroom residence with a garage. The project will be performed by HPTC crews.
