Description

The Contractor shall perform work custodial and ground maintenance in San Diego Sector in the following nineteen (19) site locations for a total of twenty-four (24) trash picking locations that are specified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, resources, and support to perform the full custodial and grounds maintenance requirements for the USBP San Diego Sector in accordance with the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and the terms, provisions, and conditions of the contract. The actions and performance of this contract have been set aside within the Procurement List under the administration of the U.S. AbilityOne Commission, an independent federal agency, with assistance from the SourceAmerica program. The contractor shall perform base custodial and grounds maintenance services to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance and maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants at 19 locations within the San Diego Sector. Contractor shall perform the custodial and grounds maintenance service requirements for the USBP San Diego Sector in accordance with the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) Cleaning Industry Management Standards (CIMS), and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and requirements of the SOW.
