Replace and/or resurface existing aged and broken Hot Asphalt Mix on roads within the Frazier Mountain Area of the Los Padres National Forest. Necessary to improve public traffic safety access for fire management and recreation use. Work include asphalt crack cleaning and sealing slurry seal asphalt paving aggregate base and roadbed reconditioning Project is located on the Mt. Pinos Ranger District Los Padres National Forest California. Community of Frazier Park at the border of Los Angeles and Kern Counties off Interstate 5. Project duration is 90 days from the notice to proceed.
