Description
Demolish and remove a failing pier and associated overwater building located offshore in Drakes Bay, within a sensitive national park and protected marine sanctuary. The structure was heavily damaged during a December 2025 storm and continues to deteriorate and release debris into the marine environment. Work includes removal of the decking, building, approximately 80 embedded pilings, and all associated components.
