Description
The project is located adjacent to the main visitor center. The project will comprehensively rehabilitate the main barn/stables building of the historic ranch; including: seismic retrofits, repainting, new roof, electrical upgrades, and new interior finishes. The project will also install new accessible parking and walking paths to navigate the ranch visitor area. Two failing buildings will be consolidated into one visitor exhibit building. Improves accessibility & preserves a historic building.
