Description
The project is located adjacent to the Bear Valley Visitor Center. The project will rehabilitate 0.53 miles of asphalt trail with new asphalt surfacing and base to meet current accessibility standards. Two deteriorating wood bridges will be replaced with prefabricated steel bridges. A small portion of the trail will be realigned to allow for improved accessibility. Drainage improvements, recreational benches, and interpretive pull-outs will be added to improve visitor experience.
