Description
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), requires the safe destruction of seized narcotics. The contractor shall allow CBP components into the facility to destroy unlimited amounts of seized narcotics and other seized material in an environmentally safe disposal system. CBP is governed by the Seized Asset Management Enforcement Procedures Handbook (SAMEPH) which mandates CBP Officers witness the destruction of all seized narcotics and controlled substances. CBP anticipates awarding a 5-year, firm-fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), single award contract in support of the mission. Acquisition Strategy: full and open.
