Description
100% construction designs are completed along with project review (NEPA), Endangered Species Act consultation, and other regulatory permits. In FY2026, a contract would be awarded and rehabilitation work would be completed during the dry season. Actions include the removal of 80-ft of poor condition culvert and rehabilitation of a properly functioning channel that will not be susceptible to the same erosion risk to the current Conlon parking lot.
