New IDIQ COMMS Site infrastructure maintenance and upgrades 1. The USGS, Earthquake Science Center, supporting the Southwest Region and the Natural Hazards Mission Area is requesting the planned acquisition of a new 5-year IDIQ contract for critical operations and maintenance for the California Seismic Networks (NCSN and SCSN).
