GSA PBS - O&M & Related Service for Sacramento Federal Buildings

RFQ to be posted to GSA eBuy as total WOSB set-aside on or around 5/18/2026. In-person Pre-Quote Conference and Site Visit is tentatively scheduled for Monday, 6/1/2026.    The requirement includes Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Vertical Transportation Equipment Services (VTE), Pest Control, and Exterior Window Washing  and Related Services. Utilizing a Comprehensive Facilities Management (CFM) Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW), the contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, travel, equipment and supplies and shall be responsible for the efficient, economical and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems.   Specific objectives for such a project may include: •Electrical systems and equipment •Mechanical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation, exhaust systems and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment •Fire protection and life safety systems and equipment throughout the building(s) •Service Desk Operations •Fuel tank storage, including the underground storage tank (UST)
