Description
This project will replace the roofs on 7 Capehart Unit Buildings. The single-story units range in size depending on if they are duplexes or single units. Roof replacements consist of the following activities: Hazardous Materials Testing and Abatement; Remove and dispose of existing tar and gravel roof; replace roof with Roof Polyurethane Foam; replace all flashing; and Replace roof downspouts.
