Description
The Galloway G-Z IRSC requisition is for two fuels reduction projects to be fulfilled under one contractor Keystone Roadside Fuelbreak which will award implementation/timber removal operations and the Hungry Slug IRSC which will award preparation work for the project with optional items for timber removal and service items. Projects are in critical access road corridors and Wildland-Urban Interface areas in high wildfire-risk areas. Forest management through thinning is essential for reducing wildfire risk and community public safety in these areas.
