Description
This contract is for providing hand release of planted and natural seedlings on 661 acres within the Lake Fire and Sawmill LIebre Reforestation Project on the Los Angeles Gateway RD of the Angeles NF. Hand release consists of hand grubbing all competing vegetation within 5 feet of each seedling cutting back competing vegetation 5 from the crowns of each release tree and thinning oak sprouts to 2-3 stems per clump of oak resprouts.
