The existing Enforcement Tracking Unit (ETU) office space, fabrication and workshop, restrooms, break room, and secure storage at the El Centro Facilities Maintenance Facility (FMF)/Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF) are insufficient to meet the operational requirements of Border Patrol’s mission so the buildout of an existing 4,256 SF metal canopy structure on the compound is required.
