Description
Reconstruct, rehabilitate and seismically retrofit the historic Scotty’s Castle Longshed and Bunkhouse structure (2,690 square feet exterior dimension), converting this mothballed facility into a visitor use area, and area for use by the park’s interpretive staff. Project management needed for Title III services from architectural/engineering firm to address issues that come up during construction contract.
