Description
This requirement covers the water and wastewater sampling requirements to fulfill the regulatory requirements of the state of California to maintain licensed water and wastewater faciliities in Death Valley. This requirement will replace the work being done under contract 140P8122P0084 OY4 and includes all the new requirements water and wastewater that have been added since the regulator change over. The regulatory requirements of the CC and FC RO Discharge permits are still being decided.
