BASE BID: CONSTRUCT A NEW 1,970 SF BLM FACILITY CONSISTING OF A GARAGE/STORAGE TO INCLUDE INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE NEW FACILITY. CONSTRUCTION WILL BE SLAB-ON-GRADE WITH CMU WALLS AND PREFAB WOOD TRUSSES FOR ROOF STRUCTURE AND SHOULD INCLUDE WATER AND SEWER STUBUPS THRUGH THE FOUNDATION/SLAB FOR FUTURE BATHROOM CONNECTION (SEE ADD/ALT 4). SITE IMPROVEMENTS WILL INCLUDE A NEW GRAVEL DRIVE AREA. ADD/ALT 1: DEMOLISH THE EXISTING PERIMETER FENCE AND GATES. CONSTRUCT A NEW WROUGHT IRON FENCE TO INCLUDE TWO NEW MANUAL VEHICLE GATES AND A MOW CURB. ADD/ALT 2: CONSTRUCT NEW RV ELECTRICAL HOOKUP ON WEST SIDE OF NEW BUILDING ADD/ALT 3: CONSTRUCT NEW RV PARKING AREA TO INCLUDE GRAVEL PARKING AREA WEST OF MAIN BUILDING AND GRAVEL DRIVE FROM NEW BUILDING TO SOUTH GATE. ADD/ALT 4: CONSTRUCT NEW RESTROOM TO INCLUCE NEW ROOM, BATHROOM FIXTURES, SUPPORTING MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND NEW PLUMBING TO NEW WATER POINT OF CONNECTION AT NORTH SIDE OF THE SITE AND NEW SEWER CONNECTION TO A NEW HOLDING TANK IN SOUTHWEST AREA OF SITE.
