The selected A/E fi rm will be responsible for: 1. Providing comprehensive design services, including but are not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering. 2. Developing a complete solicitation-ready design package, encompassing detailed construction drawings, specifi cations, narrative and a comprehensive cost estimate. 3. Creating a detailed construction phasing plan and narrative to address the relocation of SSA offi ces during construction, minimizing disruption to operations. 4. Assisting the GSA throughout the construction procurement stage. 5. Managing the construction process in collaboration with the GSA Project Manager and Construction Manager (CM). (Optional Services)
