Description
-Facility Assessments: Conduct comprehensive above-water and underwater structural inspections on all qualifying waterfront structures and generate a detailed Assessment Report for each facility. -Condition Index (CI) & Structural Analysis: Perform structural analyses to verify or update posted operational load limits following each inspection. Floating docks and associated gangways shall be inspected and assigned Condition Index (CI) ratings (load limit calculations excluded). -Professional Qualifications: The inspection team must include Professional Structural Engineers (PE/SE) registered and licensed in the applicable jurisdiction(s) being inspected (Washington, Oregon, and California), along with certified commercial diving personnel.
