Replace Obsolete and Temporary Housing Units with a Multi-plex Unit - CONSTRUCTION

This project will replace one obsolete single wide three bedroom trailer and two modular units with a new multi-plex structure using WASO housing prototype design Catalog #2-4 units. This new multiplex will have two 1-bedroom 1- bath units at 527 SF each and two 2-bedroom and 2- bath units at 1,054 SF each. The new building provides handicap accessibility, structural fire, energy conservation, solar and alternative energy to meet park service housing regulations and code compliance.
