Phon D. Sutton River Access Ramp

Design and build contract to provide a durable formalized kayak access route that reduces bank damage separates user groups and enhances recreation safety. The Contractor shall design furnish and construct a hardened cement concrete kayaker access ramp from the east parking lot down to the Salt River. The ramp is a non-accessible route due to steep terrain. Surfacing shall extend the full slope length to the water be adequately anchored and armored along the upstream edge to resist erosion.
