Partner Point Pole Barn and Admin Building Replacement

This project includes the construction of three pre-engineered metal storage buildings and a separate 1,988 SF pre-engineered administration building and all associated site work improvements and demolition of existing structures. The one-story administration building (Group B, Type V-B construction) will house office and conference spaces, a kitchen, restrooms, an IT/server room, and storage. Its structure features a turn-down slab foundation, cast-in-place concrete floors, a PEMB steel frame with wood trusses, metal decking, rigid insulation, and standing seam metal roofing. The walls consist of non-structural metal studs with insulation, sheathing, a weather-resistant barrier, and a split-face CMU veneer. Climate control will be provided by an external pad-mounted heat pump.
