JFK Quarters Renovation

The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is seeking qualified Contractors to provide Design/Build Services for the renovation and modernization of government-furnished staff quarters at John F. Kennedy (JFK) Elementary School in Whiteriver, AZ. The project aims to upgrade both interior and exterior utility systems, ensuring compliance with current building codes and correcting any deficiencies. The selected Contractor will be responsible for supplying supervision, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation necessary to deliver the required Design/Build Services as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Outlines in the SOW require and recommend improvements. The Quarters Renovation contractor shall submit all deliverables, including detailed cost estimates, design documents, and work plans, covering all aspects of the scope described herein.
