The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain technical services and expertise to operate and navigate logistical and technical fish management boats and equipment and to provide logistical support to Government personnel conducting fish management/monitoring river trips on the Colorado River in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and Grand Canyon National Park.
