Complete Facilities Maintanence Services at the Arizona Land Ports Of Entry

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), has a need for Facilities Maintenance & Management to include Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Pest Control Service, & Window Washing Service as described in the Comprehensive Facilities Management (CFM) Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, travel costs, materials, equipment, and supplies (plus any associated costs for obtaining supplies, for example parking, shipping costs, etc.) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, and all related services at the Arizona Land Ports of Entry (LPOEs) located in Lukeville, Nogales, Douglas, Sasabe, and Naco. This acquisition aggregates multiple existing requirements into one contract to improve operational efficiency, contract administration, and consistency of services while supporting the mission of GSA and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
