Replace 3-Lennon KBG120S4B 10 Ton gas/electric package units, 240 MBH Dual 230V3P Sensible Economizer Factor Installed. Condensate lines, LP Kits, Return Air-duct Drop (reconfigured), Supply Air Duct Connection(reconfigured) Insulate Metal Duct-Taps and fittings, Gas lines replaced. Final connections tested for leaks. New electrical connections and disconnects. Crane service, labor misc. materials and removal of all old equipment to be included in total price.
