Description
This project consists of replacing an existing NFSR 61 roadway bridge to address structural abutment concerns on Sierra Vista Ranger District Coronado NF. The existing 2 span bridge will be replaced with a single span bridge and includes construction of a parking area on the old road alignment providing access to a trailhead and recreational opportunities. This project is in the border area so it supports border security operations as well as cattle grazing recreation fire suppression fire fuels reduction and overall public safety.
