The IT support services include, but are not limited to, leadership development and training; supporting the new telecommunications installations; supporting the configuration, activation, server integration and maintenance, and technical refresh of communication devices; providing management support; supporting mobile computing devices, such as laptops; performing senior level project management functions for projects and initiatives relevant to insuring the operational readiness of DEA's IT enterprise; preparing, developing, and coordinating executive level briefings and position papers; preparing budget and project management documentation.
