Description
The purpose of this contract will be to: •Manage the Oracle software and the configuration of these products; •Maintain the TRIPRS application including all existing and future modules connected to it; •Maintain all system documentation; •Ensure that the TRIPRS application and all system modules connected (STRAP, SPA, Data Mapping, SEDC, etc.) and Oracle environment are maintained in accordance with NHTSA and DOT OCIO policies and procedures; •Maintain and create data dashboards on the DOT Tableau server using data from TRIPRS. •TRIPRS modernization, coverting database from ORACLE to a non-Oracle Application, and migration from current client server architecture to a DOT-approved cloud environment
