Technical Support Services for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Safety and Operations Research & Development

This is a non personal services technical support to the FHWA Office of Safety & Operations Research & Development. The Contractor shall provide research support to 1) identify and understand the factors that contribute to the occurrence of traffic crashes in a variety of contexts, and 2) identify related “treatments” (e.g., policies, actions, decisions, design changes, countermeasures, and operational strategies) that reduce both the number of crashes and/or the severity of injuries that result from crashes.
