Salesforce Licenses

The objective of this contract is to obtain Salesforce Public Sector Foundation licenses as well as other products and services for the CHIPS CRM system. Salesforce’s Signature Success product provides the level of service to CHIPS’s complex environments. CHIPS requires Apryse, a subscription product that allows CHIPS to view, but not download or modify files within Salesforce, allowing CHIPS to meet NIST’s security requirements. The platform also requires a reliable backup and recovery system to protect its information.
