PEARS III

The PEARS III contract is being is developed to be the continuation of the prior PEARS II contract. This vehicle will provide support to the activities of multiple Offices in the Agency: Office of Environment and Energy (AEE), Office of Airports (ARP), Office of Commercial Space Transportation (AST), Office of Aviation Safety (AVS), and the Air Traffic Organization (ATO). The contract is scoped to provide a wide range of services needed to complement and augment those of the participating Offices. The tasks listed in the Statement of Work range from highly technical to general support and include: policy development support; modeling and analysis support; airport environmental rulemaking, policy development, and program guidance support; airport environmental streamlining initiatives support; air traffic/airspace environmental rulemaking, policy development, and program guidance support; environmental policy and operations support; commercial space activities support; technical support; software design, testing and implementation support; aviation safety, environmental policy and operations support; knowledge management support; documentation support; user support; and conference, committee and working group support.
