National Highway Institute Learning Management System

The National Highway Institute (NHI) is the Training Section of the Federal Highway Administration. NHI uses a commercially available Software As A Service learning management system (LMS) with a customized user interface to manage its training materials, requests for training, and student records for enrollments, completions, transcripts, certificates and payment. The NHI will seek a contract for a LMS that will include base and 5 option years. The LMS will serve 30000 to 50000 active users and store records for 500000 users over the life of the contract.
