The purpose of this contract is to acquire services to operate the CRSS Sampling operations to include PCR collection, listing, and sampling and quality control activities that: 1. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and consistency among all CRSS Samplers and Quality Control staff; and 2. Ensure proficiency in Police Crash Reports (PCR) collection and sampling activities.
