Kenai Lake Work Center Storage Security

Construction of a new storage building and installation of security fencing and gates around the ware yard. This requisition was input in 2025 pre-RPT. The contract was put out for solicitation this year went through the evaluation process and the CO had offered an award to a contractor. They didnt accept because they had erred in their pricing. The requisition had already been closed out so this new requisition is needed to award to a different contractor. This was approved under the NRE FS Moratorium Review and Approval process last year and the approval number is NRE-3628.
