Description
Provide design and construction services to improve the mechanics workspace at the maintenance facility. Work will include enclosing the existing wash bay, constructing covered equipment parking to improve winter operational readiness, extending the existing mezzanine within the mechanics shop, and providing interior access to the maintenance building roof. he project will include all design, permitting, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and construction work necessary.
