GAOA Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center Deferred Maintenance Phase 2 Plaza Restrooms Renovation.

Phase 2 of the MGVC DM provides health and safety updates as well as bringing public spaces up to current code requirements. Sidewalk melt systems will be added and guard/handrails brought up to code for safety. Mens and womens restroom will be updated to current ADA/HVAC standards and provide the required number of fixtures including the addition of a family restroom. Other improvements include new lighting flooring cabinets doors and HVAC in staff areas and some public areas. The plaza restrooms are a 12-fixture restroom that will be fully renovated due to age and structural issues.
