AI-Assisted Redaction Tool for FOIA Compliance

The contractor shall provide a commercial cloud-hosted SaaS solution including software licenses configuration implementation support documentation training technical support and ongoing maintenance. The solution shall achieve a FedRAMP Authorization at the Moderate Impact level. If the solution is not already FedRAMP Moderate authorized it must meet requirements for GSA’s Moderate Impact Software as a Service (SaaS) Authorization Process and achieve that authorization within [period to be determined] while pursuing full FedRAMP Moderate authorization. The timeline for achieving a FedRAMP Moderate authorization shall not exceed twelve (12) months from the date of award. The scope includes: -Document intake and processing. -AI-assisted redaction suggestion generation. -FOIA exemption classification and redaction rationale support. -Human review and approval workflow. -Manual redaction tools. -Audit logging and version control. -Production of redacted records and release packages. -Reporting and analytics. -Security privacy accessibility and records retention. -Integration support with existing agency systems as directed by the Government. The Government does not seek a custom-built application as the primary acquisition model. The Government seeks a commercially available SaaS product that is operational and available through licensing with configuration and implementation services as needed.
