ADMINSTRATIVE TRACKING PURPOSE ONLY: Due to an administrative oversight, the contract award was inadvertently not released within STRIPEs. The contract award was issued as a bilateral modification. The contract award was sent to the vendor for review and signature on 5/24/2024 in which the contractor accepted the award and terms and conditions and provided a signed copy back. The contract was fully executed and signed on 5/24/2024 by both the contractor and Contracting Officer. The fully executed copy of the contract was distributed on Tue 5/28/2024 at 8:01am via-email to the contractor and program customer. Hereby, the effective date of contract award is effective from the signed date of the original contract award date. There is no change in the period of performance. This is for administrative purpose only. The purpose of this performance statement of work (PSOW) is to outline the requirements that the Contractor must perform in order to fulfill the preparations, and successful execution of the forum & expo, the Annual Small Business Awards Program, and the Small Business Program Managers (SBPMs) training. The contract shall be a no cost contract to OSDBU. The Contractor shall be responsible for working directly with OSDBU to develop the agenda, secure the appropriate venue, execute the event onsite, and provide post-conference services. This award is on a no-cost basis.
