Action Required: Pricing: Ensure your pricing is separated in the attached Annexure C and completed on page 4 of the solicitation. The pricing spreadsheet includes DBA insurance. Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for instructions on obtaining your DBA insurance quote. SF1442 - Complete Blocks 14 – 22c. Signatures: Sign and return both the SF1442 and the SF30 amendment. Submission Requirements: As part of your quote submission, please include: At least two (2) references for previously completed similar work, for performance evaluation purposes. An estimated timeline for project completion. Updated Due Date: The deadline to receive quotes has been extended to Close of Business (COB), July 13, 2026, as reflected in the solicitation amendment.
