SOLICITATION-DESCRIPTION 36C26126R0042 Project 570-26-228 Replacement of Ceiling Kitchen Area, Building 1, Basement at the VA Central California Health Care System NAICS Code: 236220 Small Business Size Standard: $45M 100% Set Aside: SDVOSB Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed Price General Scop of Work: the purpose of this project is to replace ceiling kitchen area in Building 1, Basement in the VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS). The contractor should replace approximately 4,000 sq. ft of Patient Kitchen space. The work shall include demolition of existing ceiling grid and tiles, installing and testing all components. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials needed to perform all demolition, replacement, and installation required by this scope and specifications. There will be one pre-solicitation site visit scheduled, please reference the solicitation for date, time, and meet-up location for the site visit.
