The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and Veteran Owned Small Business sources. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SYNOPSIS. THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. Task orders will be solicited separately and funded separately. The type of work to be performed on the task orders may include, but is not limited to: Demolition, renovation and new construction of healthcare facilities; repair, renovation and other alteration of various facilities, this work will include various trades such as carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, architectural, civil, as well as concrete and/or asphalt paving.
