Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, San Joaquin River Restoration Program, is required under the Stipulation of Settlement in the federal litigation of Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), et al. v. Kirk Rodgers, et al. 2006 and authorized by the San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement Act, Title X of Public Law 111-11 to construct channel and structural improvements including the creation of a bypass channel around Mendota Pool to ensure conveyance of at least 4,500 cfs from Reach 2B downstream to Reach 3. (RFI Attached) Construction Project Magnitude: Between $225 Million and $300 Million. The purpose of the first Amendment was to: - Extend the date for receipt of questions to 9/4/2026, 5:00pm PDT. - Extend the date for receipt of RFI responses to 9/16/2026, 5:00pm PDT. The purpose of this Amendment is to: - Provide Answers to Questions Submitted (Attached)
