Description
MACA 258051 - Replace Seasonal Housing NPS will be awarding a firm fixed price contract for construction of seasonal employee housing at Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Please see the attached solicitation package for further information. NPS appreciates your interest in this project. A presolicitation conference has been scheduled at MACA for Thursday, June 11th, 2026 at 9:30AM. Please see Amendment 001 for further information. Attendees are encouraged, but not required, to RSVP to the Contracting Officer at anthony_jasper@ios.doi.gov. Submit all questions directly to the Contracting Officer (Tony Jasper) and Contract Specialist (John Kotchian). Email addresses are contained in Section L of the solicitation.
