This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov.
