This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0016, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using RFO Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Please refer to the attachments for full details and instructions. Questions are due Thursday, 27 August 2026 by 11:00 am MDT.
