North Bend State Park Trail Paving The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the WV Division of Natural Resources to establish a contract for the following: The project generally consists of the improvement and repaving of 1,700 feet of existing paved hiking trail. Work will include, but is not limited to, earthwork, and paving work. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services per the attached specifications and terms and conditions.
