Open-end Construction - Boilers - Annual Inspections PM & CM Open-end Construction: (Boilers - Annual Inspections, PM, and CM) The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the General Services Division to establish an open-end contract for Low-Pressure Boiler Inspections and Preventative Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance. This contract will be a multiple-award contract for the following groups. Group 1 shall be West Virginia General Services Buildings 4, 8, 17, 22, 35, 36, 84, and 86 (considered the Charleston Metro area). Group 2 shall be West Virginia General Services Buildings 23, 25, 37, 53, 54, and 55. See Exhibits for locations and equipment. Per the attached specifications.
