Description

Building 31 & 35 Mechanical, Elevator, and Facade Repairs Addendum No. 6 1. To inform vendors that the successful vendor will assume all scaffolding and overhead protection costs upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP is expected to be issued at contract award. 2. See attached vendor technical questions and answers. 3. See attached Fire Alarm Drawing as well as Drawing M144. 4. See attached WDP Memorandum that includes the following - Contractor shall also include as part of their bid the following items: - Patching holes in areas of the buildings where test cuts have been made to verify the existing conditions during the design phase. - Moving the existing furnishings from the janitorial office in the mezzanine room M17 to the 2nd floor room 258 prior to taking passenger 3 elevator out of service for modernization. 5. The Bid Opening Date & Time remains June 30, 2026, at 1:30 PM EST. No other changes. Commodity lines: - Commercial and office building renovation and repair service
